Returns and Service Policy

We hope you're happy with your order! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase according to the terms and conditions below.

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

Returns are at your own expense. Please contact our customer service first at info@academianow.nl .

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will process the refund within 14 days .

Personalized products are excluded from returns and refunds. This includes products that have been customized specifically for you.
Unfortunately, used products cannot be returned. For example, a diary that has already been written on or other products that are no longer in their original condition.
Digital products , such as access to our online community or app , cannot be returned. Access is activated immediately after purchase and is therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

After receiving your return and inspecting the product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
